Laboratory Introduction

WestChina-Frontier's cellular immunology team has impressive disciplinary background in medical immunology, cytobiology and electrophysiology; the laboratories are equipped with advanced instruments and analysis software, establishing a leading biomarker analysis platform in China, an in vitro cardiac safety evaluation hERG technology platform based on manual patch clamp, a stem cell and organoid platform, a Comprehensive in vitro Proarrhythmia Assay (CiPA) system for human stem cell differentiated cadiocytes, and an in vitro phototoxicity evaluation system, which provides new approaches to safety evaluation of drugs in the future.
